

Remove and Reinstall the correct Office Version (64 or 32bit). To do that in Outlook 2010, 2013 & 2016 go to File –> Info –> Accounts & in Outlook 2003 or 2007 go to Tools –> Accounts. Note: Keep in mind that you can also launch the "Mail Setup" settings, from Outlook "Accounts" menu (options).
